Camera or saving not working?
Allow camera and add-only Photos access for the app in iOS Settings. Photos are saved only after you tap Save.
Purchased but still locked?
Use the Apple account used for the purchase. Open Settings at the top right of the app → Purchases → Restore Purchases. An internet connection is required.
How do I cancel the annual plan?
Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. If switching from annual to lifetime, cancel the annual subscription separately. Deleting the app does not cancel renewal.
How can I report an issue?
Email your app version, iOS version, device model and steps to reproduce the issue. Redact personal information from screenshots.
